Excellent decor, excellent staff. Excellent rooms. Extremely clean! Very convenient to JFK airport. Highway is right there so you can jump on and go anywhere you'd like fast.
Patricia was so nice to us during our 5 day stay! Rooms were clean & there was a great inside parking for us. We will definitely come back here. We can purchase drinks & snacks downstairs or go to Dunkin’ Donuts which is 24 hours. Highly recommend!!!!
The location is great for JFK (about $25 taxi ride each way). The hotel is modern, clean and the room I had was very nice and spacious. Huge bed (California king I think) and comfortable linens. Check in staff were friendly and quick. I only dropped one star because as others have said they seem to allow a lot of noisy parties in the rooms. Walls are thin so you get a very “intimate” experience if you know what I mean! Clearly folks smoking weed there too. Overall, a nice spot but not exactly family friendly.
After flight delays and missing my connecting flight to UK, I was calling around to find availability and did not get through to the hotel on first call. However, Trisha called me right back (I didn't even leave a message) and was extremely friendly helpful and got me booked in for the night. The hotel is brand new, very clean and modern and perfect for an overnight stay near JFK. Easy on and off the highway access for Taxis only 10 minutes ride. The hotel is also very close to the Jamaica station (10 minute walk or very short taxi) which you could take AirTrain to JFK for 1/3 price of a Taxi and more reliable on time if traffic is really bad on the freeway. Might be nice for the hotel to offer free shuttle service to/from Jamaica station. That's just a recommendation, however.
Amazing hotel and staff. Rooms are spotless with a homey feel. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Walking distance to so much. Would definitely be booking again for my next trip. Thanks Abhishek and Trisha and everyone else names that I cannot remember. Lasting impression. Looking forward to that rooftop bar.
An overall beautiful atmosphere and on points with the location, close to everything, would definitely be returning customers. Was our first visit to NY, Clean environment, comfortable bed, clean washroom , beautiful kitchenette and wonderful staffs, especially Trisha, hats off to u miss!! PS; Trisha we did cooked that chicken curry but u didn't work that night and the next day too. Next time around!
New hotel with clean rooms and reasonable price and size. Large smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps available, no need to sign in. Sort of a bad side of town, but it was comfortable nonetheless. If you find yourself stuck in this area, this hotel is a nice little safe haven for the night. It sure saved us.
I stayed there for 1 night on 9/3. I wish I had known about this hotel sooner. It was really good. The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable! Staff was amazing and super friendly. I will surly be staying there again. Jerry Persaud (from Guyana).
